Acceptance
of Papers:
If
necessary, acceptance may only be given after some editorial changes are made.
Presenting author will be notified of conditional acceptance by 25th January 2018. Organizing committee is committed to reviewing submitted abstracts at the earliest time and provisional notification will be given at the earliest possible time to facilitate authors to apply for funding and leave from their respective organizations.

The
confirmation of the oral/poster presentation and inclusion of abstract in the
Conference Proceedings is subjected to completion of registration for the
Conference before 15th January 2018.
Oral Presentations:
The
time allocated for each oral presentation is 15 minutes, including the Q&A.
Authors are strongly encouraged to limit their presentation to 15 minutes.
Microsoft PowerPoint slides are preferred for oral presentation.
Poster
presentations:
The
size of the poster does not exceed 120 cm (length) and 90 cm (width), the
poster should be prepared in English and readable form 1.5 meters.
