INTRODUCTION:
Job seeker refers to a person who is employed and searching for job and job creator refers to a person who makes business and provides employment to the many more.
Pharmacy is one of the great field which promotes care towards people to save their health. It is an area which is followed by dispensing medicines by seeing prescription. Pharmacy field provides jobs in various sectors like industries, factories, companies and marketing. Industries provide many employment opportunities to the workers.

INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT:
Pharmacy has different kind of jobs which provides designation based on their degree like D.pharm , B.pharm, M.pharm , pharm.D. Pharmacists distribute prescription drugs to individuals. Pharmacists in community pharmacies dispense medications, counsel patients on the use of prescription and over-the-counter medications and advise physicians about medication therapy. The road to becoming a pharmacist is long and hard, but you will have a stable job making good money and usually will have fixed hours and can have a work life balance. pharmacy is a good career because' A doctor gives life to patient but a pharmacist gives life to medicine'. On a daily basis, many pharmacists dispense medications to patients in accordance with doctor's orders and consult patients on medication usage and contraindications. Pharmacists communicate directly with physicians in order to correctly deliver medications.

Pharmaceutical industry discover, develops ,produces and markets drugs or pharmaceutical drugs for use as medications to be administered to patients to cure their diseases or minor ailments. pharmaceutical companies may deal in generic or brand medications and medical devices.

Pharmacy has different roles in health Care promotion ,prevention of medication errors for use of drug. Pharmacist can become clinical pharmacist and hospital pharmacist and he/she. can become inventor in the research field.

D.Pharm is a course which is termed as diploma in pharmacy and B.Pharm is a four years course termed as bachelor of pharmacy .This degree holder can keep pharmacy. Pharmacists create small organizations (e.g., hospital pharmacy services, community pharmacies, settings) that are located within other organizations (e.g.,hospitals, primary care, home care).The final customers of the healthcare service are patients and their families, and the final product is health. Pharmacists participate in the healthcare system and in its final product.

The healthcare system is only furnished with limited resources, facing endless new technologies and growing service demand by the population. All this translates into tremendous economic pressure on healthcare and if the pharmacist is in the place of manufacturing he /she should having good knowledge and idea about calculations.

We prove what it is for; that is, what is the usefulness for the patient? The question refers to what clients receive from pharmacy services, from their own point of view. As stated previously, what customers get is what makes sense to pharmaceutical organizations.

Pharm.D is a course by name doctor of pharmacy can work as a clinical pharmacist in the hospitals, they can audit the prescriptions and they can audit the dispensing pharmacy and they can work in the pharmacovigilance and they can report the ADR of drugs. Clinical pharmacist is a mother of all jobs related to pharmacy. Pharm d student can work in research field.

Pharmacist main role is to prevent medication errors and work in pharmacovigilance to:
• To improve patient care and safety in relation to the use of medicines, and all medical and paramedical interventions;
• To improve public health and safety in relation to the use of medicines;
• To contribute to the assessment of benefit, harm, effectiveness and risk of medicines, encouraging their safe, rational and more effective (including cost-effective) use;
• To promote understanding, education and clinical training in pharmacovigilance and its effective communication to health professionals and the public.
One of the main job purpose is to provide answers for the drug information queries:
 DI services may use the systematic approach as the basis for responding to DI inquiries
 These approaches have application in any pharmacy practice area
 Use of modified systematic approach offers practice-related advantages
 Considered corner stone for ideal practice

A person who is interested towards pharmaceutical industry should have good knowledge about subjects like pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical formulations.

Overall, pharmacist also known as chemist /druggist are health professionals who practice in pharmacy, field of health sciences focusing on safe and effective medication use. A Pharmacist is a member of the health care team directly involved with patient care.

Pharmacist undergo university level education to understand the biochemical mechanisms and actions of drugs, drug uses, therapeutic roles, side effects, potential drug interactions and monitoring parameters.

This is mated to anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology. Pharmacist interpret and communicate the specialized knowledge to patients, physicians and other health care providers.

The most common pharmacist positions are that of a community pharmacist are also referred as a retail pharmacist, first line pharmacist or dispensing chemist or a hospital pharmacist where they instruct and counsel on the proper use and adverse effects of medically prescribed drugs and medicines. Depending on the legal scope of practice, pharmacist may contribute to prescribing and administering certain medications in some jurisdictions. Pharmacists may also practice in a variety of other settings including industry, wholesaling, research, academia, military and government. We have so many job opportunities in other countries like Canada, Australia, USA ,etc and we will be having entrance exams to join in other countries and for example Canada has approximately 42,500 licensed pharmacists working in more than 10,000 pharmacies. Of those, about 70% work in community pharmacies, 15% work in hospitals, and 15% work in other settings such as the pharmaceutical industry, governments, associations, colleges and universities. Today's pharmacists are highly respected as the medication management experts of the health care team. They collaborate with patients, their families and other health care providers to benefit the health of people. The pharmacist's traditional role is expanding, and pharmacists across deliver a range of innovative services, including medication reviews, chronic disease management, immunization services and wellness programs. Most provincial governments have approved pharmacist prescribing with varying scopes of authority, a service that complements the care provided by a doctor and can result in more convenient refills, less time spent dealing with prescription changes and collaborative medication management.

CONCLUSION: 
Overall we can tell that pharmacist is mother of all jobs in health care and has many ways to obtain good jobs. Pharmacist can survive in any corner of the world for survival and can save the health of our people and pharmacist can plays an important role between physician and the patient and pharmacist can monitor the drugs which are prescribed by the physician and if there is any mistake they can alter the prescription in any form like dosage, route of administration or time of administration or may be the type of dosage form. Personally pharmacist should have good patience in nature and should have good knowledge about drugs and their administration and should have confidence about guidance towards patients pharmacist should solve the doubts of patients in case of doubt.
