INTRODUCTION

“CREATIVE ACTIVITY COULD BE DESCRIBED AS A TYPE OF LEARNING PROCESS WHERE TEACHER AND PUPIL ARE LOCATED IN THE SAME INDIVIDUAL”

The biggest challenge for any teacher is capturing each student’s attention, and conveying ideas effectively enough to create a lasting impression.  As a teacher to tackle this challenge effectively, you should implement innovative ideas that make the classroom experience much more lovable for your students.  And makes your classes more interesting. Some Innovative ideas that will help you reinvent your teaching methods,

1. CREATIVE TEACHING
Include playful games or visual exercise that will excite young minds and capture their interest.  Encourage different ideas; give them the freedom to explore and this is a time tested methods to identify every young student’s creative abilities.

2. CLASSES OUTSIDE CLASSROOM
Organizing field trips that are relevant to lessons student will find this fresh an exiting.  Without taking much effort they will learn and can remember easily what you teach them.

3.  ROLE PLAY
Teaching through role playing is a great way to make children step out of their comfort zone and develop their interpersonal skills.  Role playing is most effective for students of almost any age group.  Just make sure you keep it simple enough to capture their limited attention span.

4. AUDIO AND VIDEO TOOLS
Incorporate audio visual materials to supplement textbooks during your sessions. Such as movies, pictures, info graphics or other mind mapping tools.  This will help their imagination thrive and grow.  These methods will not only develop their ability to listen but will also help them understand the concept better.  You can use some oral history materials, conduct online discussion of public lectures.

5. WELCOMING NEW IDEAS
An open minded attitude can help you in involving new teaching methods.  Though you claim to be open minded its human nature to resist change.  Evaluate yourself and ensure you try out new ideas in the classroom.

Process of learning should be creative and captivating; hence, teachers have to take advantage of educational innovations in order to keep abreast with recent development.   Creativity is highly appreciated everywhere.  A teacher should always be open new ideas and ready to adjust to actual situations, teacher should their skills. Creative teachers also have various interest and hobbies to enrich teaching methods.  Students always accept such practices with joy and interest.

Brilliant ideas usually arrive unexpectedly, so it is useful to collect and organize them.  When favorable opportunity occurs, try out your ideas and experiment with them.  Do not focus on result, try to free your mind and enjoy thinking.  A Teacher who stick to old methods without trying something will never succeed.

Creative students not afraid of change; they are more confident and flexible. Student who use imagination to find new way of solving different problems are able to memorize information without the need of cramming ideas.  The aim of Innovation is to create an approach which is better than the previous one.  Teacher      all around world are able to develop and share innovative ways of learning with the help of technology-they can create visual and interactive learning environments for students who live in rural and remote part of country.

     Innovation and creativity are part of essential skills that enable students to meet with Future challenges and market competitions.  While current educational system do no Provide the necessary creativity and innovation strategies required to meet with these demands and challenges, educators can implement a number of tips and techniques that can help students to think creativity and find innovative solutions for future problems.  While educational system may prevent educators from applying some of the above tips due to administrative and other reasons, educators should select the methods which suits the existing educational system, school level and current taught curricula.
